Known as Waibert Steamship Co, Ltd, we started general cargo business since 1981, and extended to chemical transportation at 1997. Based on above, GNG Ocean Shipping was founded in 2010 after an internal merge.
We own a fleet of over 300,000 DWT including Panamax, Handysize drybulk and chemical tankers (IMO II), specialized in dry and liquid cargo transportation, such as grain, iron ore, coal, petcoke and palm oil etc, both in domestic and international market,
The company’s high efficiency and stable structure provide the foundation for growth in dry bulk and chemical shipping industry. We are committed to providing quality and valuable seaborne services and developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.北接宁波、绍兴，南连温州，西邻金华、丽水，东濒东海。交通便捷，距台州机场10公里，距甬台温高速公路黄岩出口15公里。专业从事国内沿海及长江中下游普通货船运输业务和船舶安全与防污染委托管理业务。
公司本着“恒久发展，诚信致远”的经营理念，在短短的两三年时间内，从创业时期的一艘万吨轮发展到今天的5艘万吨轮。经营规模在不断扩大，目前总运力已达到7万多吨。随着公司整个经营船队的迅速发展，公司内部的管理水平也在不断的提高。公司设置了董事长、总经理、指定人员为最高管理层，下设海务部、机务部、人力资源部、NSM办、航运部共5个职能部门，并配备具有相关资质和经验丰富的高级管理人员。
